Corporate Cycling Events
Marvin is not only the owner of Alpine Cols, but, after 25 years in leadership positions in international companies, he is also – and indeed principally – a leadership development consultant & executive coach. Together with his partners at the Enablers Network and StratX, he works with many large international organisations on the leadership challenges in today’s complex, chaotic and disruptive environment.
We are thus well placed to organise cycling-related corporate events, whether the cycling itself is a central or peripheral part of the programme. With the Enablers Network, we know how to bring together everything needed to create outstanding experiences with lasting impact.

The cycling could form part of a wellness element, or be designed as a challenge, with the option of using an e-bike for those who are less physically fit. We can either plan the rides in and out from a central location, or from A to B as part of a progression to reinforce the business message. Finishing on a summit could be both a challenge and an apt metaphor for life back at work.
Potential locations are almost anywhere. The choice of location should take into account the ease of access, the cycling ability of all participants and the level of challenge desired, amongst other criteria. Top choices include:
- the Alps
- the Alsace vineyards
- the Burgundy vineyards
- Provence
- the Rhone valley
- Switzerland (lakes or mountains)
- Mont Ventoux
